I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Mr. Rick, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Elizabeth, all of whom accompanied me to the ANC 6C Youth and Education Committee meeting on Tuesday, February 17. Although the audience was small, its members were greatly impressed with Higher Achievement's professionalism and efficacy as an organization. They thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the mentoring experience, as described through the eyes of our three great Ward 6 representatives. They also loved meeting our scholars and hearing their insightful thoughts on their present situations and hopes for the future. Thank you to Mr. Rick, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Elizabeth for working so well with Raheem and Lamonte, and thank you to EVERYONE who supports our scholars every day- more than you know. --Jessica T.
