Blog Transition- Our transition to a blog style newsletter is now complete. Each Friday, there will be one major update in the form of our regularly scheduled newsletter. Teaching Mentor Comment Sheets- Our transition to the electronic Teaching Mentor Comment sheet is complete. Thank you to all of you who have completed your comment sheet in a timely fashion. Thank you also to those of you that worked through some of the initial bugs. Please be sure to complete your mentor comment sheet each week within 24 hours of your mentoring session.
Literary Love Poem Competition- Mentors, you are all invited and encouraged to come to our Literary Love Poem event at Center on February 10, 2009. Please come out and show your support for all of the participating scholars. They have all worked very hard to create great poems. There will be light refreshments following the competition. We are still in need of drinks for the event for those who want to contribute. See you there!
Scholar of the Week Submissions- Please submit your votes for Scholar of the Week by leaving a comment in the “Scholar of the Week” Post. I encourage you to recognize any and all scholars for this weekly honor.
Goal Setting- Mentors don’t forget to complete a goal setting sheet and review it with your scholars next week. In addition, please post one of your goals under the “Goal Setting” post here on our blog.
