Weekly Update for the Week of May 25-29th

Mentor Close-out responsibilities:

Mentor 360's- Mentors, thank you for communicating with us in working through our(very new)electronic 360 submission process. Many of you have completed your mentor 360's, however, if you have not done so, please complete them as soon as possible and submit them.

Survey's update-Thank you to all of the mentors who submitted their PPV surveys after Center was over. We have reached our 80% threshold in large part due to your efforts. Thank you for helping us to reach this goal.

Mentor Perspectives- I am, still looking for mentors to submit a perspective of their mentoring experience. These perspectives will be extremely valuable to other mentors as well as to our new ACD in supporting you. I look forward to recieving more of these over the course of the week. This Friday, May 29th will be the cut-off for recieving them as we will be moving forward with Summer Academy Preparations.

Announcements:

Ward 6 Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday, June 13th. While the location is still being chosen, this event is for all Ward 6 Community members. Our goal is to host a barbecque and have several activities for everyone to participate in. More information ont his event is forthcoming. I hope you can all make it out to our Family Fun Day. See you there!

Shout Outs!
